因愛吃而愛煮!Esther Sham 的 10 年廚師之旅
10 多年前,仍是模特兒的 Esther 沈依紅,在星加坡工作期間,因品嚐一頓米芝蓮美食,印象難忘,從此便愛上吃,更迷上煮食,在兄長支持下,轉型入廚,開設私房菜,自此走上西廚之路,更創立自己的餐廳 Maison ES,至今年剛好入行 10 年,名成利就,更有一班支持她的捧場客。對於 reborn,她認為 2016 年因一場大病,讓她和母親的關係破冰,正是她人生 「重生」的重要時刻。
