網上競投 Andy Warhol 聖誕作品

眾所周知，Andy Warhol 在 1950 年代是位商業插畫師，作品遍佈潮流雜誌、廣告宣傳甚至賀咭之上。鮮為人知的是，Andy Warhol 也是位天主教徒，對聖誕情有獨鍾，並曾以各類與此佳節有關的元素為創作題材，由聖誕精靈到節日裝飾不等。

普普大師的作品向來不乏市場價值，價格雖然不及他的經典肖像系列或者金寶湯作品，但每一件與 Warhol 名字掛帥的藝術作品，對收藏家來說依然充滿吸引力。著名國際拍賣行 Christie’s 曾經在 2013 年舉行名為《 A Christmas Thing》的網上拍賣，帶來 100 件出自 Andy Warhol 手筆並與聖誕有關的攝影、印刷及繪畫作品，收益更撥捐了 The Andy Warhol  Foundation for the Visual Arts 作慈善用途 。

今年 12 月 8 日至 15日，Christie’s 再次帶來類似網上拍賣《Andy Warhol @ Christie’s： Deck the Halls》，起拍價由 US $1,200 起，當中更能找到 1981 年拍攝的聖誕老人寶麗萊《Myths（Santa） 》、充滿宗教意味的繪畫《Saint Apollonia》以及較為人熟悉的鞋履主題作品《A Whole Stocking Full of Good Wishes（Shoe and Leg）》。
