鏞記燒鵝名傳逾 80 年!平衡飛天與貼地之間傳承粵菜文化
70 年代航空業起飛,行業人員來港必到鏞記一趟,品嚐炭火烤製的肥鵝,「飛天燒鵝」因此得名並傳遍亞洲,連馬可斯夫人壽宴席上也見飛天燒鵝蹤影就知其魅力。上至名流晚宴,下至為中上環上班大眾而設的飯盒,都是鏞記多年招牌。在塑料飯盒興起之前,鏞記已經是環保先鋒──以「紙製飯盒」盛載燒味飯,並且沿用至今。
