嗜糖女生要戒!別讓「糖分上癮」引致生暗瘡、肌膚加速衰老
甜食對每個女生來說都是一種誘惑,通常女生會拒絕進食進食甜點,多數的原因只是怕肥,但根據世界衛生組織的表示,建議成年人及兒童的每天攝取游離糖份(free sugars)減至每天攝取50克,假如再減半至 25 克,會為身體帶來更多的好處。
